OUR TEAM OF EXCEPTIONAL INSTRUCTORS:

Sarah hails from the States where she received her Pilates Mat and Apparatus certification from 'Pilates on Fifth' in New York City.  Sarah trained in classical ballet from the age of 4.  After suffering an injury which was meant to end her dancing days in 2003, she started rehabilitating post-surgery on the Pilates reformer.  She right away knew it was her calling to teach, and has been doing so ever since.  She taught for five years on the upper west side of Manhatten at Crunch Fitness, also working as the manager for their Pilates program.  In 2009, Sarah sold all her belongings and took her teachings (and her learnings) abroad.  In the past two years, she's been to over ten countries, teaching most recently at The Sanctuary, a famous heath retreat on the island of Koh Phangan in Thailand.  Here, she also became a certified Yoga instructor.  Sarah applies the Pilates method to all her Yoga teachings from the point of view that physical strength at the deepest core level results in energetic and spiritual strength at the deepest core level, resulting in a more centered and stable life.  Namaste."

As a PIlates Instrucor health and fitness play a key role in her life, recognizing the importance of the connection through mind and body. Gretchen values the opportunity to design and create sessions for her clients and apply her own individual touch. Building a great rapport with her clients she loves being able to challenge their bodies.
