Session Description
MAT Mat Basics –a class designed to teach the basics of Pilates which includes correct muscle engagement, breathing and correct posture and alignment. This class will utilise small equipment such as bands, balls and straps. Max. Participants – 5
BR Body Rehab Mat - STABILITY, FLEXIBILITY & STRENGTH Body Rehab for your back whether you suffer disc problems or just pain and discomfort in the body. Learn to strengthen your core and stabilize your pelvis and hips, work on balancing the body.
REF Reformer –Shared reformer sessions which are motivating and fun with a maximum of 3 participants per class. Each session will take you through a progression of exercises to challenge you and improve your strength and posture.
TRI Triathlon/Cycling Specific - This session is designed to meet the needs of an athlete training for Trialthon or Cycling. Specific stretches & strengthening work will enhance athletic performance.
PC Private Conditioning Reformer – Work one on one with an instructor and gain maximum benefit from each exercise. This class is also suitable for anyone needing injury rehabilitation. Half hr and full hr sessions available by request.
MM Mummilates – Pre and post natal Pilates will assist your fitness for pregnancy, labour and early motherhood. You will exercise safely, maintaining and building muscle tone. Classes can also cater for mums and bubs together to enjoy special bonding time. *commences after 1st trimester by appointment only
CIR Circuit Training - A small group session of 5 clients participate in a full body workout to condition the whole body. Utilising the reformer, mat, Pilates Stick, magic circle & more. Lots of variety & motivation!
